Leadership
Danny Sandra, PhD
Danny leads NIKETI and brings together the people and expertise each engagement needs. His path runs from aerospace engineering and internet entrepreneurship to organisational transformation, executive coaching and academic research.
His research centres on entrainment: how rhythms align within and between people and organisations. It is the thread that runs through NIKETI’s work. As an adjunct professor at IÉSEG School of Management, one of France’s leading business schools, he teaches leadership, change and conscious consulting.
